Artistic Cake Design

Artistic Cake Design has screwed up my cake orders on two occasions. They spelled my husband's name wrong, despite what was written on the order form. On another occasion, they decorated the cake in all the wrong colours, again despite what was written on the order form, which was attached to the cake itself when I picked it up.
The staff did not apologize or try to accommodate in any way when I brought this to their attention, and acted as if I was bothering them for asking them to make it right. I will never order from them again.
